What delivery date should I pick?

If you’re ordering a flower bar, a 2-day buffer is perfect to hydrate and prep. If you’re planning to make arrangements, three days before your event is the sweet spot. So for a Saturday wedding, you’ll want your flowers delivered on that Wednesday. This gives you plenty of time to hydrate, clean your stems, raid TJ’s for snacks, and build your masterpieces.

3-Day Schedule Breakdown:
DAY 1 (WEDNESDAY): Receive, prep, and hydrate your flowers. Give everything a fresh cut. Fill cheapie bathroom garbage cans with water (and vases for delicates) and give your stems some elbow room. Let everything breathe and open, and make sure no leaves are floating below the waterline.
DAY 2 (THURSDAY): Let the flowers bloom s’more and start building! Knock out the arrangements that can be easily hydrated in vases, like bridesmaid bouquets and centerpieces.
DAY 3 (FRIDAY): Build your bridal bouquet, bouts, corsages, flower crowns, and anything else you have left. We save the bridal bouquet for day 3 because those flowers are WIDE open at this point!

Pro Tip: Flowers look their best right before they peak. For a wedding, the goal is not to make them last 2 weeks, but to have them look large and in charge on the day of your big day. If you want your arrangements to last longer as a gift or keepsake, be sure to keep the water clean, trim the stems every couple of days, and don't expose them to direct sunlight.
