Some flowers in my order are damaged. What do I do?

Don’t ugly cry, please! If you ordered more delicate stems (like Ranunculus or Scabiosas), know that we included enough flowers to account for some loss (about 5%). This happens to florists all the time, and you can still complete your recipes! If you’re freaking out a little, fill out this form and take lots of photos. We will always replace a substantial loss.
